What this office holds, and for how long
This page describes the records DANMAREVM LTD actually keeps and what this website actually does when you open it. It is not a general privacy statement and it does not recite anybody's legislation back at you. If something is not listed here, this office does not hold it.
What this website does, and what reaches this office
No cookies
This site sets none, which is why there is no banner asking you about them. Nothing is written to your browser's storage either.
No analytics
There is no measurement script, no tag manager, no pixel and no third-party embed. Visits are not counted here.
No forms
Nothing on this site posts anywhere. The two calculators on the front page run entirely in your browser; the figures you type are never transmitted and are gone when you close the tab.
One outside request
Two typefaces are fetched from Google's font servers. That request reaches Google and carries your address and browser version, as any request does. It is the only thing on this site that leaves your browser, and it is a request for a file rather than a report about you.
Server logs
The host that serves these files records requests in the ordinary way — address, page, time — for operating the site. Those logs are not combined with anything else and nobody here reads them for marketing.
One route in
Email to loads@danmarevm.online. Whatever you put in that message arrives with it — your name, your address, a site postcode, a reference, an attachment. It is read to answer it. If it turns into a job it becomes part of the job file set out below; if it does not, it is kept for a while so the same ground is not gone over twice, and then deleted.
Not shared on
Nothing is sold, rented, shared for advertising or used to build a profile. Information is passed on only where the work requires it: a receiving site that needs the driver's name at the gate, a waste carrier that needs the destination on a transfer note, an accountant or an auditor, or a regulator asking for a record this company has to produce.
Record classes and how long each is kept
| Record | Why it is kept | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry and reply | To answer it, and to know what was said | Twelve months from the last message, unless it became a job |
| Job file — notes, addresses, references, quotes | To show what was agreed and what happened | Six years from the end of the job |
| Delivery notes, consignment notes, weighbridge tickets | Proof a movement happened and who signed for it | Six years, with the job file |
| Drivers' hours and tachograph records | The hours rules set a minimum period | At least twelve months |
| Working time records | The road transport working time rules set a minimum | At least two years |
| Vehicle inspection, service and defect records | To show the inspection interval was kept | At least fifteen months |
| Waste transfer notes | To show arisings left a site lawfully | At least two years |
| Site records — method statements, permits, inductions, pour and level records | To show what was done before it was covered up | Six years from completion |
| Accounting records | Company and tax obligations | Six years |
Asking what is held about you
Write to the address above and say which of the classes in the table you think applies. You will be told what is held, where it came from and who it has been passed to. Anything held only because you sent it, and not because a rule requires it to be kept, can be deleted on request — say so and it will be.
Records this company is required to keep cannot be deleted on request before their period is up; that is the point of them. Where that applies you will be told which rule holds the record and when the period ends, so the answer can be checked rather than taken on trust.

When this page changes
This page is edited when the practice it describes changes, and it describes the practice as it stands rather than as it is intended to become. There is no archive of earlier versions and no notification list, because neither would be read; if what is held here matters to a job, ask in writing and the answer will be given in writing. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
